I mean, we do a lot of 10,20+Gbps servers normally those don't want to be managed however. Depending on your needs be happy to help.
@weerasak15 happy first post. I would suggest you consider posting a budget, and some understanding of your throughput requirements. A 100% dedicated 10Gb/s connection (ie, not shared) is going to be rather expensive ($500+), whereas 50T on 10G would be much more reasonable. Encoding video usually requires quite a bit of cpu power depending on the configuration.
As a start, I might look at someone like reliablesite.net to see what off the shelf system and pricing meets your needs, and then try to possibly narrow down your search with some specifics.
10Gbps port maxed out 24/7 + full server management is a big request, so can you share how much you are willing to spend? If you share such budget information, I'm sure you will be flooded with offers.
