Work for someone (EU or NDA): Convert VZ containers to LXC

I currently run a system with Debian 6 and OVZ - but as ZFS in 2.6.* is horribly unstable ( i reboot all ~13 days and by now it only works with hardreset anymore, can't ssh to host as before when it crashed) i look to migrate to Debian 7 with LXC + ZFS.

The host with bridges (int, ext) and basic LXC config (+ libvirt + KVM, in case i need it later) is provided, all containers run Debian 6, no special OVZ settings (some mounts, but i convert them myself), no RAM limit required (so pure LXC).

If LXC is really forcing the use of DHCP MAC:IP static entries will need to be set somehow on it.

~30 containers to be migrated, send me an offer :)
