There is a thread about a provider closing down. They were a popular provider on LET who frequently offered bargain deals like this.
If you need this hosting for something important, you might want to consider spending your budget for monthly, not yearly.
The same as unlimited disk space, try to load 10TB or more and provider will kick you out as unlimited disk space is BS or the other way to find out that provider is BS you is contact the sales team and ask them to provide you server with unlimited disk storage based on their unlimited disk storage on shared hosting.
