I know that 10Gbps is included in the price, but does anyone know what upgrade levels are there and how much they cost? specificially london location.

Then again, im not sure if clouvider is even interested as we have argued here a lot lol

    Seems you guys never called a german hotline "please say your 32 digits customer number out loud, so our voice recognition system can enter it into your ticket" (DHL) or even better "please pick one of the three menu options by saying xy" (with multiple layers of options you have to pass) (Deutsche Bahn) where most options just get you to a recorded message saying "tell the sender to contact us or wait x days more" (also DHL)
