    If you want a fully managed VPS/Dedi then be prepared to pay £40+ a month for a VPS. Dedi is gonna be even more expensive a month. If not look for shared hosting if it's just a website and or learn via trial and error on your own VPS.

    But no one is going to offer you a custom fully managed VPS for $20 a month, sorry but it wouldn't be worth it.

    You are the one that has been warned about spam, most sales threads you have asked "Managed Service" on them, most of which are sub $5/m. You have been advised multiple times about host's that will provide this but it cost's too much.

    I have no issue about you asking a question, but most of this is just recurring with the same answer every time.

    Also to answer your question about a provider that will give you a fully managed service try. Spectraip or Hostsailor or pay someone to manage them for you, my 2c
