Its okay I ship it ? and what about if 400W ? I pre configure ip and just ship it and you mount it, rails needed ?

Shipping is okay. 15 EUR / month per extra 100W. Total with 400W would be 70 EUR / month.

I have not, but they got a good reputation over here in Sweden and have been in business for a while.
