If you use PayPal/Stripe I hope you've filled in a SAQ for your PCI Compliance. It's still required even if you don't take any payments yourself.
FYI available credits most certainly leaked. On every page in the notifications dropdown (little bell icon) shows available credit if any.
Honestly reminds me of the issue Steam had over the holidays of 2015.
