@seriesn is great, go with him
@cociu has slightly better pricing but I see a few minutes of downtime rather often
do keep in mind that nextcloud may exercise the CPU a bit if doing a lot of operations such as file hashing, or making thumbnails of images, etc. So best to check with providers ahead of time about possible limits on CPU use - and what to expect when those limits are exceeded.
Some may be willing/able to make adjustments if they know what's up - others may encourage you to use a more appropriate plan if the one you're on is intended mostly just for cold storage.
I do have good experience with CrownCloud as a reliable provider with responsive support, so can recommend checking them out.
NexusBytes also seems to be well regarded for recent promotions, building a reputation for solid service.
Other options to check in the EU might include AlphaVPS.bg, HostSolutions.ro, UltraVPS.eu, and Wishosting.com
Also Liteserver.nl - might cost a bit more, but I am under the impression that you do get what you pay for.
If CPU turns out to be an issue - and/or you are looking at moar TBs of storage, it may make sense to go with a cheap dedi such as from Hetzner, Ikoula, Kimsufi, or Worldstream.
I maintain a list of over 30 storage deals priced up to $10/m at https://lowendstorage.win - you might find a few more good options there as well. Also can check https://serverhunter.com and https://metadedi.com for many moar possibilities.
Hi,
you might have a look at our VMWARE based Storage VPS lineup: https://deinserverhost.de/en/storage-vps
Thank you!
can you do it with managed service ?
@uptime congratulations !
Well played sir, well played indeed.
EDIT2:
Seek and ye shall find any number of nextcloud / owncloud providers
For example:
Also might consider seafile-based solutions, such as https://www.prometeus.net/site/iwsea.php
More generally, the cloud storage field is a vast and often tedious territory to explore. I do however have good experience using pcloud.com, so can recommend them as a decent choice in that department. I also hear good things about koofr.eu ...
There are quite a few other providers both large and small, with a wide range of feature sets and pricing structures. But I would rapidly tire of enumerating this larger array of possibilities in the absence of any more specific focus.
I have been using Backovia for a while. Quite satisfied.

Why not consider a nextcloud provider like @uptime mentioned? Owncube is a good option
Nextcloud and owncloud both have list of service providers
PCloud and Koofr are excellent choices
