im new plz tell me simple step
Im from bangladesh, i want ads show only for my country people
I have a Paypal ac and a Payoneer Debit master card
Can i do it what will b eneed minimum budget plz hel exper ppl plz.

    if paying in USD or GBP: Postpay (automatic payments): American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo
    Prepay (manual payments): American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo

    if paying in Indian Rupees: Postpay (automatic payments): MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo
    Prepay (manual payments): MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo

    paying in Bangladeshi Taka isn't an option but you can still signup and pay in a different currency
