Hetzner Cloud has a selector to mount a windows iso. Try using that and installing using ISO, it works in my testing.

whether iso with a trial license or need a paid license ??

    The ISOs are evaluation version.

    What's the answer file?

It's an automated installation file for Windows. It allows Windows to skip all setup.

is it work for hetzner cloud or dedicated?

No idea - you could test it and report back!

i'm try in hetzner cloud CX11 but it's fail, i think because disk image in 25GB and in CX11 is 20GB

The disk images should work on Hetzner dedicated, use the non-UEFI variants. As someone else has said, for the Hetzner cloud use their ISOs.

As an aside, these images will not work everywhere, but they were designed with clouds like Vultr and DigitalOcean in mind, where the minimum disk is 25GB.

Perhaps Katie (@Hetzner_OL) can shed some light on whether their cloud will get the extra 5GB boost?

Ah. I am working on building an image (Windows Server 2019 Standard) right now. Hopefully something will result :) I could probably publish it as an AMI if anyone else is an EC2 user and wants it?

Amazon should already have AMIs for it

Well, those AMIs end up with your instance categorized as Windows and the cost increasing...

Mission failed, the QEMU method is extremely slow because Amazon still doesn't support nested virtualization on their VMs.. meanwhile the answer file method seems to be impossible to add necessary drivers (I am not using Windows SIM to build my images though, maybe that's why)?

Please write a support ticket about this question. It will be quicker for you to communicate directly with our technicians about it via the ticket system. --Katie

Reboot your VPS into rescue mode.
Check What disk type you're using with lsblk
Then dd the corresponding image to your VPS.

Thanks, does your images support UEFI mode as oracle cloud only support this. Anyone else has any working image of Windows 2012 R2 for oracle cloud.
