Just like to say a good word for AlphaVPS. Took up an offer in May 2019, 18 Euros for a 128MB RAM 20GB OpenVZ VPS in Bulgaria. It's been perfect since, no downtime, fast ping (from UK 23mS) When I had trouble with MySQL falling over I asked if I could buy more RAM, they increased it to 256MB free of charge. Whenever I ssh in the password prompt is there almost immediately.
They don't have any offers at the moment that I have seen, but if you're in Europe and they have offers take a look. I hope other people also have good experience of them.
