Help Setting up Open VPN Server on VYOS Router

randvegetarandvegeta Member, Host Rep

Hello everyone,

Anyone have much experience setting up an OpenVPN server on a VYOS router and connecting linux clients via command line?

I'm fairly confident my config is correct communication between clients and server doesn't seem possible and the server is not reporting active sessions.

Funny thing is, the clients are picking up IPs from the server, but the clients cannot ping each other and cannot ping the server either (on the VPN subnet that is).

I feel like I must be overlooking something. Anyone have any ideas?

Never-mind. I found the problem. Such a silly issue. One client had comp-lzo enabled while server did not. Problem solved.
