2GB KVM VPS US near $40 a year?

I am in the market for a couple of 2GB KVM VPSs. Obviously prefer NVMe, but SSD fine. I'd even look at mechanical for the right price. It seems you can find these for around $5 a month, $60 a year. I have a hosthatch one at $40 a year. Does anyone have anything more like that?
