    (If you end up with 2/3 vm for better isolation, or out of sheer paranoia that's kinda fine, just use city1 city2 - and as you'd likely have them in different cities anyway you can likely skip the number).

    @Neoon I hear you, you'd prefer to hear a more radical solution. Well I guess in many cases we could answer: "why would you waste time naming idling servers? This is LET, go to your panel, click 'shutdown' (the idling of the pro) and go grab more useless VPSes!". :wink:

    Why would you get married? I don't know, I wont recommend it either.

    My home servers are all server#.myfirstname-home.com

    I'm far from a creative person unfortunately.

    Country 2 letters code + # ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 ...) ... avoiding the "#6".

    My personal servers are named after extinct bird species. At work I name servers according their purpose like proxmox1 and proxmox2.

    I was using random stuff, like greek gods or names of places in a game I play, but with almost 10 server I wasn't remembering everything so I just decided to go with

    loc-purpose-number

    So I could have dal-stor1 (dallas storage 1).
