VPS Provider
Hello Guys...
I started thinking creating my own VPS Provider and so far I got everything planned ( WHMCS, SolusVM, Webpage, Dedi ) but there is one thing I don't know and do not understand .
I wanted to buy some ips for a dedi but then it shows that it just accept 29 ipv4 ips so I started google it and found out that Its also possible to get an own ARIN IP Allocation .
So how is it working ? Is it "cheaper" ?
Sorry guys but I am quite new here ... But Thank You if I can get some good explanations .

Dude just stop while your ahead and before you waste your money.
Soo keep reading that google.
Also just incase /29 of ipv4 is not 29 ipv4 addresses.
If you don't know this, I can only suggest you wait before starting your own "VPS Provider" and learn more about networking in general. /29 means an IPv4 subnet allocation, look it up.
You can't get your own ARIN allocation without first owning a large block of IPs and/or multi-home transit contracts.
My advise to you would be learn before you try and start a company, Because if you don't it will take a tole on your customers, And waste your money.
lol that is so funny

@Infinity580 Hahahaha, you are crazy....

not bad
After all this time of making jokes about it, the game is finally coming alive lol
Since none of them "experts" seems to be in the mood to explain things, let me take a stab at it...
Don't mind them, by the way, and don't take this personally. This is just their daily dose of fun and games around here. Ignore what's useless and just keep reading, searching and asking
First of all, as @kro and @chauffer have already pointed out, a /29 is not synonymous with 29 IP's - actually, it's only 8 IP's, of which only 5 IP's are useable. Next up is /28 with total 16 addresses, only 13 useable, if memory serves. You'll need a whole bunch more for a VPS hosting business. But forget about ARIN for now. As @concerto49 and @Worthy said, there are prerequisites you have no hope of meeting at this stage.
EDIT: see ISP initial IPv4 allocations table here. Fees are not high - see fees table.
Suggest you start with a dedicated server, renting IP's from your provider. This way you can deadpool with a minimum of pain Just kidding! Learn the business. It's much more complicated than most people realize! If you survive and decide to go on, start thinking about a colo rack with your own BGP router in a carrier neutral facility (means you can buy bandwidth from different providers, not only the DC mix)... and this is just about sum total of my knowledge on this subject
