Running KVM on Open VZ 7

This question is a follow up to Do I lose much by going for Open VZ 7 rather than nested virtualization?.

https://www.virtuozzo.com/products/hypervisor.html

From the Virtuozzo documentation it appears that you can run the usual KVM virtual machines(pdf) as well as containers(pdf).

I am not sure how much these features are part of the OpenVZ 7, but in principle if OpenVZ 7 is more or less an open source version Virtuozzo then they should be present without the proprietary enhancements.

Is this ability to run regular KVM in addition to containers part of OpenVZ 7?
