Penalty fee 50€ Oneprovider (Solved)
Hello i need help
My server ended today and i get invoice of 50€ reasons was
Penalty fee - Modifying default BIOS/boot order settings
the thing is that i never touch the bios is that common pratice with Oneprovider ?
what i can do was poor server at 16€ (Xeon L3426 16gb Paris)
if anyone have experience similar that please help me

Open a ticket stating that you never changd BIOS settings
I need the experience of someone who a got the same problem before
like what you did and what can I do to get out of this problem

I received a response from the support
After further review you may ignore this invoice/fee, it has just been cancelled.
My problem is solved
Not sure what people expect from LET nowadays.
It's like they really expect magic from us.
