Damn those Kangaroo powered servers costs a lot to run. That's why I say go with hamsters. Cheaper!

If you know of cheaper in Australia, I'd be keen to know. (Honestly - there dont seem to be too many providers doing HDD here any more)

  • It worth noticing that these prices are in AUD$ (1 AUD = US$ 0.6783).

Any plans of offering smaller storage? 1vCPU/1G RAM/1TB bw/100GB HDD?

Would be cool if you could customise everything in that way hey. CC @BinaryLane

We do not have any plans to do smaller than 1TB in the HDD line, that requires more VPS to fill the host node and thus effectively makes the solution slower for everyone.

In your specific example we already have 1vCPU/1GB RAM/1TB bw/100GB SSD for A$17 , a theoretical 100GB HDD version would only be a couple of dollars cheaper.

Hey BinaryLane, I am in the market for a low end box, i.e. 256mb, 10gb ssd, 500gb transfer. Hoping to pay around $20AUD/year or so. Would you be able to strike a deal up for me?!
