We also offer the Ryzen 3900X, it's not posted above as it doesn't fit within the $84/mo price window that LET requires, but it's available on our web site.

I've always wondered - why do you call it New York City Metro, when the DC is in Piscataway, NJ (unless the DC has been moved)?

Piscataway is considered NYC metropolitan area. Better for marketing.

All the data from NYC and surrounding areas all flow through the same routes. We're physically ~15 minutes from NYC and latency is identical (give or take 0.1 MS).

The main issue with being directly in NYC, is it's mostly old converted buildings. We used to be in NYC, but moved for the significantly improved redundancy of being outside of the city. Lookup what hurricane Sandy did to NYC and their data centers.

I was originally not fan of your service but til recently I tested last month. The network is indeed good for LA, hardware is actually worn out for the price but your support engineer did good job to replace after delivery of the server after couple of hours.

Sadly, you are the most qualified person to answer support tickets on the other hand while your live chat (I assumed is 3rd party agent) is simply annoying or dump to even address any questions. Disabling live chat would save you and wouldn't mislead any of your good reputations.

    Just my simple feedback.

Thank you for the feedback. They aren't 3rd party, they are systems administrators. Not great at sales, but they do a pretty good job at resolving most non-hardware related issues.

We'll revamp our live chat in the future.
