[KIMSUFI] No setup fees on 6/12months commitment

ninzo59ninzo59 Member, Host Rep

Hi there,

Like it has been done on SYS, we made a "free setup fees" offer on Kimsufi. Technically it will be only released tomorrow, it's a pre-sale let's say :)

It concerns the whole dedicated server range, for each 6/12 months commitment.

End date: 30th October

=> Choose "Bi-annual" / "Yearly" as Payment frequency

I know some of you wanted flash sale, it will come at some point :)

Feedbacks are (very) welcome here.

Thanks !

"Commitment" is a word that many men fear.

A wrong commitment could cost half of his wealth after all.

I am sorry to say this but this doesn't seem to follow the LET rule unless setup fees are removed for monthly payment too. :(

My mistake again (for the second time today, maybe I should get a rest) after looking into it in detail. Technically speaking this is fine because monthly payment is below the limit, just that free-setup only for 6/12 months.

  • Looking forward the coming surprise.

More ssd offers would be nice. Also /29 included (with no monthly fees like SYS).

    Tks.

  • SSD please

This is the land where people willing commit to sketchy providers for 3 years if the price is low enough.

  • Why isn't this permanent?

It is possible that it will be a long-term discount; beyond what is currently stated. As SoYouStart's similar offer was due to expire on the 30th September 2019 but is still available and has not been officially extended according to the website.

  • @ninzo59 it says Setup fees included on bi-annual and annual payments? Is that a typo or am I reading wrong ?

    It's possible yes.
Well it's extended for now on SYS, it's still working whatever the legal notice/term are telling. Will see for update it though.

It does mean on 6/12 months commitment. I specified "Bi annual / annual payment" because that's how we call this 6/12 on KS.

  • Usually 6 months is called semi-annual (semi = 1/2). Bi-annual would be 2 years (bi = 2). That's why people got confused.

I'd argue that, given you can get a 6 month server for under 84 usd it should be fine.

Ikoula once had a similar approach to setup fees: First month is x amount, after that you get a discount. The initial month was still below the limit (which was 49 usd back then).

Got it, indeed you right. Translation issue I guess. Will ask for a modification. Thanks ;)

@ninzo59 In the Tunisian dinar it turns out that the server costs 19 euros. Is this a typo or so real?

We don't change that often the exchange devise rate.Nothing dynamic (otherwise it will be hard to have a clear offer)

It seems € or either TND has changed a lot, so it seems that's real.

€ price is 25,99€ on this (from € websites).

FYI, this flash sale is ending in 4h.
