You could provide former, existing and potential customers with an explanation, though. Because apart from the very short and badly-formed e-mail you sent, there's no information at all.

That's something I'd say to a recognisable face walking down the street, not a valued customer, particularly one who's part of your hacked dataset

@ricardo, we value all customers. The greeting is informal and part of the ethos of our company. If people take offence by that we apologise.

Is @httpzoom on autopilot now? Noticed that the billing/support system is down and I havent received replies to my ticket I created on Saturday.
WHCMS is up for me, can't speak for your ticket responses but they've never been the quickest, plus the billing support team don't seem to work on the weekends based on past responses I've had.
