  • Set up paypal agreement, but "Erreur : Votre mode de paiement est paypal. Veuillez donner une autorisation de prélèvement Paypal pour votre commande", (it says I have to setup paypal agreement). There is a checkmark under Paypal agreement. Whatever....

Oh well, saved me the hassle months from now I guess... shrug.

  • Can anyone explain. Why Start-2-S-SSD have lower dd and ioping: seek rate than Start-2-S-SATA?

  • And Start-2-S-SATA for 1.99 is gone.

Paypal account is years old, and same with the online.net account. No matter, seems like the cheapest one is gone.

I tried ordering one, missed it because these ... did not accept the IBAN till I seperated it with spaces... >.<

    :-(

  • Goddamn.

    Nice sale.
Bought 4 servers. 3 2€ dedis and one larger c2750.
I did cancel two dedis at other providers. Which in total still saves me like 1€ each month.

    Not to waste it.

No one forces you here to buy anything, its just a suggestion.

I get that 1.99 sounds WOW, but still their is 10EUR setup fee attached to it, you have to pay.

Yeah, I know, but it's FOMO  . Just a joke, mate. You always bring very good deals to us.

Close, one was at Kimsufi. Other was at a smaller German provider.

@Amitz in the end, these smaller dedis are playboxes or really easily replaced services for me. Ill trust online if they say its going to be not-limited. If their promise holds for a year Ill be happy with it.

    Hello,

These offers are available in limited quantities and available as first come, first served ;)

Would you care to elaborate on what's the difference between a Start-2-M-SATA and a Start-2-M-SATA ? (both in same DC, both same name and specs, only the ordering link reference differs)

  • MagicalTrain said: @Amitz in the end, these smaller dedis are playboxes or really easily replaced services for me

For you. But I still remember all the crybabies here after Online's last stunt. And it will happen again, just give it some time. People are people.

    But learning's not fun!

  • Hello,

There is no difference between both the references of Start-2-M-SATA servers.
They both have the same specs.
