Because they see big corporations registered there and think it's ideal. It's not the worst state but it's also more suited for big corporations i.e. Walmart.

Well if you are from outside US then only delaware allows you to form a company otherwise you need a citizen of US to form a company. As they clearly said we are based in India

@ITLabs WHMCS was moved away from from hypervisor.io so of course it would show invalid, pretty sure whmcs isnt present there either. Also Hypervisor is a part of ReadyDedis.
