CloudCone is down for last 4 hours. Are you guys affected?

Well, @CloudCone are a fantastic provider. Their prices are awesome.

Besides, Im yet to find a server/hosting provider that never had issues.
The host is communicating well and lets give them the time they need to fix issues.

Nothing. I was just asking because I didn't know the purpose of the thread.

But what, you say you were not able to contact them and they said Multacom was offline. So they have their customers and their support portal on the same network? This could be a problem because it is not the first time their services went offline. I remember the same situation last year if I'm not wrong.
