For a significantly cheaper yearly with upgraded SSD resources (10GB+75GB) disk VPS from ultravps.eu (special offer) , look at the link in my Signature. (starting around EUR 62 eur/yr for first year, EUR 67.2/yr from year 2)
I have 3 production VPS with ultravps.eu for critical personal stuff (vpn, storage, www).
Caveat: Do not order, if you are not comfortable with installing to a different partition (edit:75GB), in the event that you cannot configure applications to place their data in a separate 75GB /srv/(or /mnt) partition.
or simply configure a(edit:) 85GB LVM join with the 2 partitions.
UltraVPS.eu does provisioning in this way, so as to assign different amounts of disk resources to each plan without having to generate multiple KVM template images for each disk size.
You should also look at First-root @FR_Michael KVM power plans in Duesseldorf. Very generous amounts of SSD.
I do not personally have services yet.

I went with SpectraIP
Here's my review for @spectraip VPS X4. The perfomance was good, the VPS Control Panel, was also good (they have virtualizor) but one thing i didnt like is that everything is one page, payement and other stuff is one the main domain, vps management is on the vps.spectraip.com. It could have all been on just one. But other than that i'd give it 8.5/10
any benchmarks?

Disk i/o and network might be interesting to see as well.
