What's your price for transfer?
If your subnets are only available for lease/rent, you should avoid the term 'transfer' (which usually refers to 'permantent transfer').
Referring to your previous post, have you checked with your RIR whether you are allowed to rent an ASN to a third party?
And if you've got some time to spent, read a bit about how to properly use quotes especially when you just joined a few days ago.
