Contabo has VPS with dedicated 30 GB RAM at 15 EUR which is very cheap.
Hetzner has dedicated server with at least 32 GB RAM at 27 EUR.

I've seen i7-4770, 2 x 2TB, 32GB in Hetzner auction for less than 25 euros, but this happened 5-7 days ago. That's probably the best you can get for the pricing.
iKoula offer some i5, 24GB RAM, 1x1TB for 19,99€ which is pretty pleasant
Their website is confusing. When you click in the link for the 24GB it opens something else, not the plan itself.

As others mentioned, take a look at Hetzner. The cheapest auction as of right now is 25.22 EUR.
OneProvider resells a lot of providers, so they most likely resell SeFlow as well.
They made some changes to their server list which our system didn't catch properly. This has been resolved now. Thanks for letting us know!
