Can I use it on my domain?

  • Zoho gives you a pretty respectable suite, free up to 10 users.

We use Zoho mail as well for @ 3 years but note that
Zoho for domains is now webmail or through Zoho app only. Zoho docs and storage are okay too. We got the one year Zoho one plan through Startup India program that opens up CRM, invoicing, newsletter and other features. Also social media a la buffer. Some apps are not the top team in the league but offer a single login for over 30 apps. Some may frown at the putting multiple eggs in one basket approach but we do not use more than five of the 30 odd so worth a shot.

I've had my share of frustrations with them but not for email which was OP's original Q, so would highly recommend it.

Added later: You can also take a look at inbox dot eu. 3 accounts per domain free, upto 10 GB storage IIRC with imap and 2FA. I have had set up a couple of noncritical email accounts there.

    Try this link:

    https://connect.yandex.com

  • I'm using Yandex with my own domain but some months ago the configuration site disappered where I could manage my mail aliases.
Does any of you guys know where to do that now? I can't figure it out in the WebUI.

Are you sure? I've set up my mails on thunderbird just fine by enabling imap and using the imappro server. Never used their app or web ui

Was this recent and for paid plans? I am talking about forever free Plan...

  • Recently found out about https://email.seznam.cz/

I think you're grandfathered in at the old limits. I had free email with them years ago and pop, imap and activesync were options. Now, webmail only.

Similar, I signed up with Zoho Invoice 3 years ago and the client limit was either 10 or 25, now it's 5. I'm at 8 or so, so I know I'm grandfathered.

  • Yandex Mail (most capabilities for a free service, but has ads)
    postale.io (simplest)
Zoho Mail free plan (nice but webmail only, no Gmail)
    Migadu

Migadu's free plan not that great IMO though (limited to 10 outgoing emails / day and have "Sent via Migadu" at the end of every email).

I use it. Bit of a blip a couple days ago due to someone sending SPAM but otherwise decent and VERY simple.

I've used Yandex but a lot of times it's all in Russian and a bit of a pain.

Same for me, seems back to normal now. So far I'm quite happy. :)

Haven't tried this, but non english doesn't help.

  • Pingly.com seems interesting. No experience with it, but it might be worth giving a shot if you have small needs.

I used Yandex before, I will not use it again
, I don't know why but all my emails were in Spam folder when sending to major email providers (Gmail, yahoo, outlook) and their admin tools interface is very complicated and sometimes you have to learn Russian to make changes

I would recommend Migadu, easy to setup and works great but I think they have some daily sending limits.

It's hard to believe, but you can disable ads in settings.

Mail-in-a-box + Nextcloud, or Zimbra + Nextcloud. We can set it all up for you. ;)

If you don't want to do any configuration, just order shared hosting, then our free Nextcloud "spryCloud" plan. You can add your e-mail addresses in shared hosting, then add them to Nextcloud.

Edit2: Just realized that you're looking for everything for free. So, nevermind - sorry.
