Are you looking for lowend pricing?
There are a few new data centers in the areas however depends on your budget.

Is there a reason for the 2x/24's from different carriers?

What's the point of having different /24s from different carriers?

    Not specifically lowend at all.

Dual /24 from different carriers is a loadbalance / failover requirement.

If you're willing to consider a bit further south (Charlotte, NC), let me know.
