yes fixed that issue but now this issue comes up ..
Have you checked log files?
first post MUCH more detail about what you are trying to do and what environment you have there. your question and problem description is by far to broad. just like 'my car stopped, how to fix?'
besides that, check timeouts and memory/size limits of nginx/apache/fcgi whatever is involved...
apache error log doesnt involve with it because the error is by perl script.
I think i understand what's the issue:
the direct link source has many ip restrictions and most probably blocks kimsufi and cloudflare ips, in this case what would you suggest for me? It seems the source won't be allow me to enable some ip addresses on their end.
fix your perl script.
And then fix Kimsufi and Cloudflare.
