ssh remote to ubuntu box on yellowcircle.net
As title, i was able to purchase utimate plan and create an instance on yellowcircle, my box can connect to outsite world, however I can't figure out how to ssh into the box. Anyone here has experience with yellowcircle.
Note: my plan said that i am allow to ssh into the box, just can't figure how.

Have you tried connecting to ssh.yellowcircle.net with the credentials sent to you by email?
Sorry but there are no email at all. I did receive email update me about my purchase but there are no credentials or mention ssh.yellowcircle.net at all.
You'll need port number, id and password (https://yellowcircle.net/help/tutorials/how-to-log-into-your-virtual-machine-with-putty-for-windows-users/).
If you haven't received the credentials better open a support ticket.

Already open support tickets but no reply at all, it seem like yellowcircle was dead inside.
Now i want to cancel my subscription but still can't find any option in their site haha
strongly recommend stay away from this company.
