Notable point. I would love to get updates and that is why I'm asking for it. Otherwise, people would go for nulled, wouldn't they? Mostly they don't care about takedowns if hosted someone in a offshore country(afaik).

The question isn't takedown risk. Licenses are part of the business as well as servers, IPs etc. If a "provider" cannot afford license costs how can it be trusted by its customers? In addition, nulled software poses serious threats. Imagine waking up just to discover that your entire business has been compromised by a backdoor?
If anyone is thinking of getting this rather spend 100 more and get hostbill instead.
