They seemed great for the first month but I regret using their service. I have 2 VPS and they are constantly down. I am trying to recoup unused time and move away from their services. Will see if they will help out.

Did you contacted them ? How you know it's kudo who is down and not only your service ?
I have an OpenVZ in Seattle (or LA not sure) and it's current uptime is 56 Days, 4 Hours, 4 Minutes. I have had it for few months, and I haven't had any downtimes except for me playing around
They moved it to another host. Will see if it helps.
