I'm looking for vpn servers to setup in 5 different places.. i saw offers around $2 yearly here; and i want vps in US, Thailand, Canada ,Russia, France, can anybody suggest me a good vps provider with good feedback for vpn services ? i'm looking to get a special offer for one year plan ? and what good cpu you have for vpn services i need it ? any recommendation would really be appreciate it.

Commercial or Private? If it's for personal use, LowEndSpirit NATs (@Cam, @mikho, @AnthonySmith) iirc will tick some boxes. There is @Veesp in Russia. Not sure for Thailand
