Good colocation providers in Asia
What are some good colocation providers in Asia?
By good I mean:
- tier III data center
- well staffed, offering remote hands and preferably 24/7 technicians on site
- well connected in Asia, internet exchanges
- don't have to be cheap, but not charging an arm and a leg
Bonus points:
- connected to China ISPs

I am curious how far on the pricing scale you want to go in between "office basement" and "formal DC building"
haha, I know, just stretching it (a bit :P), let's see what we learn
PS: why "office basement" when you can go "mom's basement"?
Because I was not making a joke, there are a ton of hosts I've used that basically have multiple 1G "static IP addon broadband" FTTH line running into an office park/office basement-equivalent. It seems to be incredibly prevalent in Asia
LET gets you there
But if that was a serious question, tier 3 would qualify for "formal DC building"
How much space are you looking for?
Depends on the offer but around 1/4 rack to full rack.
There is a company called CloudV (Smileserv) in South Korea (cloudv.kr). They are known to have awesome connectivity to china, and one of the cheapest provider in here. They do provide 24/7 RH alothough not sure if they have english speaking staff
Think you posted this on WHT however checkout xTom see if they can help you out.
@randvegeta can help you for HK
I have purchased VPS from you, I hope you can have JAPAN data center.
Thanks for your business. We may offer services in Japan in the future, but you know we don't have it now, right?
@intovps Considered SG mate?
With a $50/M bandwidth fee
Come to India!
If you can shave at least 10% off what DO/linode charge, we will jump.
Else, SGP is a fine choice to service India, and SE asia.
+1 for SG - Need more LET provider there
