What I suggest to the OP is look for someone that collocates on Softlayer that uses Softlayer IPs. Then let your client search about Softlayer/IBM if he wants to find out.
Compare server prices and bandwidth at Softlayer/IBM. So if you offer your client a vps with 1TB bandwidth the cost should be comparable to your price + markup.
