Bad OVH SG network
I don't know if u all noticed, there's something going on with OVH Apac network.
It happened for the forth (or more) times since I started monitoring over OVH APAC Singapore starting at 17 July 2019. The router somehow in OVH Singapore gets tons of packets losts from most of network I pinged to OVH. In the picture attached, I have connected to my VPN at GCP Singapore started tracerouting when the symptoms happened. The pic also shows some traceroute from the server hosted locally in Singapore by QuadHost, which also shows unstable network to OVH.
It will recover after 5 - 20minutes, but it is quite disturbing during the time period that the symptoms appeared

It is not about latency optimization problem, the latency route for singapore and malaysia is amazing, it is just recently that its having sudden spike of this packet lost problem.
Have you tried opening a support ticket directly with OVH?
