How they can be reliable if you don’t pay a penny?
Do you think that by hosting your files or website somehow the company generates money?
No

Could be, with many ads.
It’s so 90x, try lycos / tripod free hosting.
Free means you are the product.
Instead, go with smallweb.net https://smallweb.net/portal/cart.php?gid=8
or Buyshared.net or Inception hosting.
Free often means "loss leader to get you in the door in the hopes that you'll eventually upgrade to one of the highly profitable pay plans".
In nutshell, it is that 1 dose before you get use to something.
No, that is not correct.
Just like cheap things can not be good.
That's just cheap cliché.
Even if someone finances that themselves, that does not mean that things go wrong or are going badly.
A project can be good, even if it is not aimed at profit and then it can even exceed projects that aim for profit.
