its depending on what you call as exotic. for me Dominic Republic or Colombia or Czechia pretty fine.
Let's say exotic here means not many providers offering services in that location.
In asia which have better connect to China
Japan
A lot of people will buy it.
Vietnam
please elaborate, since when Russia is dmca-free? Russian authorities can be pain in your arse for even smaller violations than this dmca crap.
Look up sci-hub and library genesis.
Åland would be cool!
Viatnam ^^
Greece.
you can get it right now, if you want. we opened recently our POP there.
Noice! Can you let me know which all locations you offer? So that I can add it to ExoticVM.com
Donbass. Donetsk or Lugansk.
I already know one provider but too expensive.

Check routes with IPs from https://whois.ipip.net/AS8818/185.21.228.0/22. Looks like around 60ms from New York if there is Greenland Connect / Tele Greenland routing. A bit more from Central Europe 65ms+. From EU it seems the cable is one of the ones in Denmark with the shortest routes I could find around 53ms from Copenhagen.
