• 256 or 512MB ram
• 1 ipv4 (no NAT) and at least 5 ipv6 addresses (with the possibility to set the reverse DNS to ipv4 and ipv6 addresses).
• 5GB storage (minimum).
  Location preferred: Europe or USA.
  Max: $15/year

Yeah forgot to mention yeah I prefer OpenVZ over KVM if it has the centos 7 64bit template to install.
