Understood, but since our KVM and XEN are out of stock we've decided to offer VZ for those who are after VZ plans. We do have normal KVM and XEN stocks on our website just normal pricing and using better hardware than the special plans, we do however plan to offer some other KVM plans at some stage, we're still unsure of the dates.

It depends on your configuration, how big your site is (plugins, DB etc.) and unique visitors. You have to properly setup things using Nginx, cache and a CDN for static assets. And remember: use only the essential plugins.
