I paid them $30 6 days ago for a litespeed dedicated server license. They neither activate my license nor answer my emails. See http://prntscr.com/o8pthz Looks like a SCAM to me.
My advice to stay away from them!

Why did you choose them in the first place?
I ask this because a simple google research (AKA due diligence, took 4 seconds) reveals they aren't to be trusted.
They are still using old LiteSpeed pricing names/model. It was changed at least a month ago...
