Cpanel licensing changes

Found on their blog. https://blog.cpanel.com/announcing-account-based-pricing/

It looks like Cpanel are changing their licensing model and will be selling account based licences now.

I wonder if this will push providers away from Cpanel since what i can gather this is a price increase.
