Proofpoint Blackhole

Hi all.

My IP just entered the Proofpoint blackhole: their subscriber mail servers are blocking it, although not enlisted in ipcheck.proofpoint.com as well as other blocklist providers. Attempts to contact them via email or contact form received no response.

Anyone else experienced this, and/or a Proofpoint subscriber, and willing to help?

What is the subnet size you are sending emails from ?

Yes, we monitor quite a bit, AFAIK no recent phished accounts spamming from our IP.

So the block is routed as a /24 and hopefully the OP is not a spammer

Can we check a /24 block in ipcheck.proofpoint.com ? Tried a few ways but all return either as invalid ip or not listed.
