If you think you can offer reasonable price and want to talk about it more, you are welcome to DM me. We can provide as much information as possible through email once we have basic idea whether it fits our requirement or not.

Please do not worry that we are unlikely to be a short term client, unless the service whoever provides is not good enough. We like to build good relationship with providers, for long terms

The main thing we are looking for now is API, of course you have to allow public proxy like as to use the services. Please forget me about the IP talk, I can provide more details about the reason why we asking that through DM or email.
