Server that can mount VirtualBox (vdi images)

As per title.

I got VDI (Debian 64bit), it's supposed to be mounted on Virtualbox. I tried to upload php and mysql to hosting, there are a bunch of errors. I can't debug the apps because it's encoded using ioncube with php7.2.

The solution that comes on top of my head :
1. Renting for Windows dedicated server, install virtualbox (What's my cheapest option ?)
2. Converting vdi images into kvm images / docker images ( is it even possible ? )
3. Decrypt the ioncube loader (I don't know if it's possible)
4. Other solution ?

So, what's my best option ?

Or if any of you can debug and fix error with encrypted ioncube, send me a message. It's working fine on Virtualbox, it's just not working when I upload it on hosting / vps. Probably just some different developing environment or something.

Edit : I think this is better on help section. Maybe a mod can move this, to the appropriate section, @FAT32
