How can I configure IRCD-Hybrid and Anope on Ubuntu 16.4

Hello everyone,

I'm just curious about IRCD-Hybrid and Anope, I installed both But I don't know how to merge them all in a single view..

If someone could help on this it will be great...

Is your ircd, at the least, already set up and configured to accept clients the way you want? And, by "merge them all in a single view," do you mean linking services to the ircd?
