tomcat you mean ?
if so just find a cpanel reseller that will enable tomcat. or even better get a VPS with cPanel
Java, that's something owned by Larry Ellison, right ?
No, by Brendan Eich.
Java Reseller on cPanel is a resource hog and would be priced much higher than normal Reseller. It also supports only one Tomcat/Java version.
@Shiju try out our Java PAAS - https://cloudjiffy.com/
You can create one environment per application/customer, select Tomcat or any other application server with your major/minor version choice. Choose between Oracle Java, OpenJDK or Open J9. Starts at just $1 per month. 14 day free trial.
Schedule a demo with us - https://calendly.com/cloudjiffy-demo and get $10 free credits.

The best would be to get a VPS and install Tomcat. We can do that for you.
Please contact us here
Please tell us, the Providers how much you are looking to spend monthly etc. We may be able to offer you a VPS with cpanel/whm. It would be the best.
With a VPS you can sell resellers
