    We have a day off in most parts of germany

  • 1 week and no ticket respost... manual OS install and server reboot 5 .. 5 minutes

  • you guys need to provide a real English version of everything you have, the windows version, the knowledge base,etc etc...

    Manual OS install, I filed a ticket, will update on speed of response and helpfulness.

    3 days, and he doesn't reply to tickets. Not sure I can recommend him, as he clearly doesn't care.

    He never replied still. It's a complete waste of my time and money.

    Do not recommend.

    Last time he claimed a motorcycle accident. Now I really think he just doesn't care.

    So looks like he did reply to the tickets, just didn't get an email notification about it. I had to check the tickets, he took about two days to reply, not as long as I thought. My mistake, so this was my fault as well.

    Are they alive? I created account with them but no mail from them, even can't verify my mail. I'm open ticket in monday but still no answer.

    we have completely improved the support quality again. In addition, I am currently looking for employees for the support area.
