- ID of the VPS provider [entity , who demands the user's ID ],
- Access to technical staff [not to bot-support, no school girl]
- Exact timing of technical staff
2. Technical
- CPU 1-2 core, Ghz 2+ each core
- RAM 1-2 GB
- SSD 20GB and more
- Bandwidth: 200 Mbts and more
3. Personal
NO demand of unsolicited call,
NO demand of Indian local number,
NO demand of Indian payment card,
NO demand of access via sms code,
NO ads to e-mail.
4. Price
USD 7 - 15 per month
5. Paymnet
for 1 full month [I have not seen anyone, who needs host for 1 hour],
following sucesfull trial, see point 1 above.
Then, every 6 months, following 1st month.
6. Method of payment
(a) paypal or (b) other known processor

I wonder, you have not attented a market of VPS, which have the defined promises and defined costs, if you are in your own business.
95%+ of VPS market is fraud in India and 70%+ is fraud in Europe

You are either new to all this or fail to learn & grow from mistakes.
Coming to a conclusion with absurd facts won't strengthen what you're saying. Rather re-phrase it this way, "Hi, I am new to purchasing VPS, I have done some extra due diligence and messed up the basics on how a VPS provider operates."
Also, what do you mean by anonymous VPS providers? unregistered business? well then it would be a fault on your side that you fail to spend 2 minutes of your time in verifying whether the said business is a legal entity or not (yes, its very easy to verify that now).
By your post, it seems that you fell for a lot of booby traps by those shady VPS providers who focus more on marketing.
